Terms and Conditions

We are committed to a positive and respectful environment for all. By participating, you agree to:

1. Code of Conduct & Community Respect: Interact with courtesy, respect local culture, and refrain from any form of defamation. Disruptive behavior or being under the influence in class is prohibited.
2. Attendance & Punctuality: Consistent attendance is crucial. Excessive unexcused absences or tardiness may result in forfeited teaching time.
3. Payments & Refunds: Once payment for the Spanish program is made, it is non-refundable for required Spanish classes.
4. National Holidays in Argentina: We observe all Argentine national holidays. There will be no teaching on these days, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Asynchronous activities may be offered for your Spanish learning.
5. In exchange for your teaching, we're pleased to offer excellent accommodations in downtown Buenos Aires. These accommodations are in a shared room, typically with two other same-gender volunteers. Please note, private rooms are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee if preferred.
6. For the safety and peace of mind of the Argentine families and children we partner with, mandatory background checks are required for all participants to ensure a secure and trusted environment.
7. To ensure you can fully participate in our intensive program abroad, we require a health statement or doctor's note confirming you are in optimal health.
8. General Policies: We reserve the right of admission to maintain our program's standards.
